Viers, president of United Patient Care has been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, and for the past 13 years has owned and operated United Patient Care along with his business partner Mahlon A. Buller III. Both Don and Mahlon are successful business people who strive to provide the best possible service along with brand name quality medical equipment. CUSTOMER SERVICE
Currently, 5 staff individuals are available to assist customers with any questions that they may have regarding their medical equipment needs. We also provide in house custom billing services for our customers. You may contact us Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The customer can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any medical needs and/or claim concerns. With United Patient Care’s 13 years billing experience, customers can be confident that their best interest will be upheld.

DELIVERY SERVICE
We guarantee friendly and efficient delivery of equipment to all customers living in Marysville and the central Ohio area. Customers are able to receive most products within a 24 hour period of time after placing the order with us.
